ESTIMATED LENGTH OF TAIL WAS 2 000 FT., OBJECT APPEARED IN DIRECT ION OF MT. WELLINGTON AND BELOW THE SUMrliT WHICH WOULD PUT IT BELOW 4 ALTITUDE. NO NOISE ASSOCIATED WITH SIGHTING. (2) REPORTED BY : MR. M. JONES, 63 IfiLL ST. , BELLERIVE, AND 35 OTHER TIME OF SIGHTING : 290110-290120 LOCAL (T. S . T . ) WHAT SIGHTED : BRIGHT WHITE OBJECTS, 5 (FIVE) in NUMBER, TRAVELLING IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION, PARALLEL TO THE GROUND. OBJECTS WERE SHOWERING SPARKS AND MADE NO NOI SE. OBJECTS APPEARED TO BE BELOW USING MT. WELLINGTON AS GUIDE, AND WERE BETWEEN THE PERSONS SIGHTING AND Mr. WELLINGTON. ( 3 ) AVIATION MET.
