What they show are the apparent confirmation by several other gifted remote viewers that 'network' of underground bases exists across the world for the purpose of 'relaying' into space. As elite viewer Joseph McMoneagle and Atwater discuss in these tapes, Project 8200 data suggests the locations relay information to a 'deep space' platform of unknown origin, sitting on a sort of tether to Earth. It's not suggested in the file, but after review, we think it's reasonable to ask if a Lagrange point (positions in space the Sun & the Earth's gravity create islands of stability) explains why the object McMoneagle sees remains 'fixed' there. Almost as if in some synchronicity, I received a message and was prompted to give that message to John Vivanco. I of course thought it would cause him to laugh for weeks or months, but that was not the case. Apparently he had asked a question once, and I was told the answer... almost as if in confirmation that indeed, remote viewing is very real... In fact he contacted me to ask me what other messages I may have received. There were none of course, as this was something "They" did, designed to put my mind at ease that I wasn't imagining the remote viewing, or the claims of such, and I was relieved that they did it with someone I respected in the field. The entire experience involved a few others that are fairly well known as well.. But when he speaks up, I tend to believe what he gets, mostly as a direct result of my own experiences... Oddly enough, AFTER I got my message to him, I saw a video where he had actually asked the question I was answering. I cannot tell you how stunned I was that this had even happened.
