After canceling IFR with Portland TRACON, N993SA entered a left downwind runway 35 at UAO at 22:09 UTC. QC did not observe any primary or transponder equiped targets near N993SA while he was within PDX radar coverage. One aircraft is noted to be in the pattern and turn to follow N993SA to the runway but does not appear to be close enough to trigger the report. Reviewed the NOP data with both primary targets avaiable and filtered. Attached replay is recorded at 500% speed with primary targets available. A review of the event was completed by reviewing the MOR Summary, the data provided by the facility, and NOP. No further Quality Assurance (QA) action required.
