Prl OTOS 9. ?HYSICAL C:VIOENCE The. observers were asleep when they vere awakened by a loud noise ~imilar to the noise power lines make on a cold day. The observers looked outside ~ut did not see anything. When the source of the noise couldn't be discovered they decided to go to bed. Just then they sighted the object through the window. It appeared as a dull yellowish light that traveled to west and disappeared in about 5 minutes. Theyobserved that their dogs were barking and seemed very frightened. CO~mNTS: A form 117 was sent to the observer but was not returned.
