The tirst time he saw it for 3 minutes and the YYPE OF OBSERVATION second time he saw it tor 2 minutes. Appearently the fir~; time it was orange in color and the second time red. The Ground-Visu~l observer said it would look like the rays fran a tlashlight. C S: No course is given.
