John s:1id that they reali:~ed that they had had a slip shod program o n th~se UFOs GO Col Sheppard set up new policies a n d decided to have the Int.::lligence Officer investigate the re-port3. Now they turn the reports over to the Intel people for investigatcon and they in turn send thcr. o:~ck to the Info office u-von co!I!Dletion.
