BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer noticed a small lights coming over the woods. On returning to TV room observer noticed no interupption. This the observer found st~aage because when an aircraft comes near his home it disturbes his TV. On returning to look at the obJect he noticed that it had a definite disc shape with domes parttuding on the top and bottom. Comments: Observer stated that he has seen several space ships. The observe~& house is in the middle or the flight pattern of Lockborne AFB, a 164 was sent to the observer requesting additional information 'but 1 t was not returned.
