Co nts: There was a Titan 30-4 Debree that was to decay 20 Nov 67 plus or minus 12 hours but it is notknown if cbject was retrograde. Thi~ combined with the fact that duration of th~ sighting are not known, since the object may also, have been a fireball, forces an evaluation of insufficient data.
