The card indicates one object, Pnd the report, however, clearly indicates that 10 to 12 lights t.Jcre observed flying in V formation . Thi s actually stren gthens tile "possibl e birds " evaluation. 24. 4 April 1967, ~1eeling, W. Virginia . This is no t in my files. April 1967, Hestminister, Colorado Since the 164 was not r eturned the evaluation "insuf fie Let\ t data", I suppose, is entirely correct, but the case itself is inlr"sting in tha t there we r e 1 5 t.Jitnesses.
