In accordance with AFR 200-2, the following information regarding reported UFO's is submitted: 2. Mrs. sighted an unidentified object during the month of December 196 . 3. Description of the object: a. The object or openings. looked like a hat, with a flat top and no windows b. The object was about the size of a two-engine aircraft. Only one object was sighted. Obje.ct was copper colored, with a dull linish": - e. No trail or exhaust was visible . f. No sounds were heard from the object. 4. Description of course of object: a. The observer saw the object '"hile standing in her back yard. b. '..t..be angle of elevation was about 45 degrees c. The object came from behind a cloud, remaining about a minute, then going back into the same cloud. d. The object did not reappear from the cloud. e. The object appeared NW of Mrs 5. The sighting occurred during the middle of December 1966. Mrs. was unable to remember the exact day. b. The sighting occurred in mid-afternoon. 7. Location of observer: andon, Florida. 8. Identifying information on observer: a. Mr ears old; housewif Brandon, Florida; source seemed reliable. defense worker has training in aircraft recognition, while civil in Cleveland, Ohio. 9. Weather: a. Observer stated that the weather was partly cloudy at the time of the sighting. b. No report on weather, since }rrs date as to the sighting. 10. Comments of Investiga~ing Officer: could not remember the It is the investigator's opinion that Mrs. seemed rational. This office was not able to come to any conclusion as to the nature of the object sighted.
