I am also sending copies ot these note3 to Dr. Edward U. Condon of the University of Colorado and to Dr. J. Allen Hynek ot Northwestern Universit:r. The notes are as 1. Object extremely' bright, le3s intense light area traillng after object. Color blue-green to yellow-green. Sparks appearing to come trom sides and rear or object. Object lett. no apparent trail ("vapor" or otherwise) after it had passes. No sound heard above the noise ot the car motor. No sound or its hitting earth. Travel1 ing at high rate o! speed.
