Betore I begin though,I must tell you that I ha~e sent an exact copy to: A. P.R.O. On November ll.l956,L was on my v1ay home i.S I stood outside the door I saw something in the sky. It looked like a ver3 ahiny metal cone with short wings. As I watched it disa;apeared behind a row of houses on our street. By the time I had ran out back it was gone. The next day,betwen 4:15 and 4:30 I again saw the thing almost in the same position as before. This tim~ I did a bit of research. When I saw the thing I was standing a~proxtmatly 90 ~eat fro~ a telepkone pole which;waa feat high from ground lavel. Directly aboYe the pole was th~ thing. It moT~d in an easternly direction and seemed to be about a mile ~way in the sky. To me it seemed to be about an inch long. 41ould you please give me some information concerning the lTH.E UN\TED
