Tele: ,age 2.3 Due to fact that he does not have appropriate AFR to forwa.rd report, I t ook following information from hjm. Oval or cigar shaped brownish-black UFO of 20' by 15' was obse1~ed as approacked He first noticed a high pitched hf hwt en his car radio and when he stopped the UFO hovetoed approximately 2 car - he could have touched it had he opened the door. Object had a reddish white light from bottom and a being exited and came over and talked to him with an cdd voice --they carried on telepathic communication in which the being said"we are here to observe and see' we \dll contact you later" Although it was raining , the being ".Ias not wet nor was the area under the UFO. Being was dressed in sljm white shiny clothes , had black hair, light skin, a small mouth, and a high pitc~ed voice. Observer does not remember seeing moon or stars during event. ihe being returned to UFO thrcu.gh the lighted area on the bottom of craft and craft immediately departed vertically at a high rate of sppeed and dissappeared. Total time of happening was approximately 1 minute on ni ght of 5 Nov 66. Observer reported it to paper but when he was laughed at he decided to keep quiet and a friend called the NAS to ask Navy .Personnel to talk to the observer about it. Lt/Cmdu Trainer called and. talked to the indi vidaal approxi ma.tely 45 ojnutes He reported the peraon seemed to be an intelligent,.serious individual.
