Information which you feel pertinent and which is not adequately covered in the specific points of the questionnaire or a narrative explanation of your s ighting. It was observed at 6:20 b , tol and I about it and we thr e o erv it. Was observed a Factory Road (A) in an easterly direction. Appeared to be a kitej while under observation, it moved northward;at the time I followed it on Beaver V~lley Road. While following, the object reversed its course to south in the same lina of flight as north. At this change of direction, I stopped and observed it coming north and watched it until it was stationery in the air. At that time I thought I would proceed north and then east on Fairground Road so I could get a closer view of the object. About a mile east on Fairground Road I stopped in a farmers lane, saw the objoct moving back into its path north, stood out in front of my pick-up truck, and watched it move directly over the pick-up truck at the estimated 30 miles an hour and the estimated 300 feet tn the air. After it had passed beyond me across the Fairground Road going north, I got back in the pick-up truck, backed out into ~alrground Road and the object wa s obstructed by u h ouse. When I drove out from the house where I had viewed, the object was gone. 3 0 . Have you ever seen this, or a simila r object before. If s o give d ote or dotes and location. 31.
