He got up and went to the \Iindow and sa'" a bright. light in the sky. He tlatched thi~ light for about a min- ute b~fore it started to move. The object then began to rr.o;e to~mrd th~ obz~rver., and flew over the builning h~ ~iv~ s in. The object appe~red to h~ve a red and green lig~t, and appeared as a bright star when first observed. The o':>server reported no sound. Since this incident the \d.:.:'..~ss has s een additional UFOs. The description is consistent \'lith tha t of a n nircraft ob servation.
