(LnlLil 1.~) UFO SIGHTING On the let or August 1966, while on ~ flight to the Phillippines, I sighted several lights in the sky which to me could not be logioall:r explained. Looking out the lett side or the aircraft (to th~ South of our position), I saw three evenly spaced lights, stacked similar to a set of stairs. The . lights appeared generally stead:r with an occasioned blinking. There was no appa~9Dt movenment but as I watched, the lights d~sappeared and re-appeared seve~al times. When I first saw the lights they vera to the lef.t slightly to t~e rear or our aircraft, when I last saw the lights they ~ere to the left and slightly forward or our position GEo;;:::z R: sTATr:Ei, ~tsgt, hsAF 'l'DETR/Maj Quintanilla, Jr/ ..
