Air Force Systems Command (FTD) Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio 1. Attached is a U.F.O. report of very doubtful validity . It is forwarded to you for your records since the observer said she was going to report it also to N.I.C. A. P . 2. Some comments which I do not care to put on the report This appeared to b e a pathetic attempt to generate me publicity by an artist whose career waul~ appear to be faltering . The lady appeared t o be undernurished . She lived alone i n a poor one room apartment with ver y few visible si5us o f affluence. She said she was planning to mov e to a better place next week. We suspected she was being evicted. Sh e is a n appare~t fan and followec 0 ~J.I.C.A.P. and is a fi~ believer t hat we are being watched by beings from cer space. c. ~y NCO, TSgt Silidon~o Montibon, a~d I felt that this was a rather desperate attempt to generate mo~ey by playing on recent publicity and interest in U.F.
