Vasa. 10, CONCLUSION Witness gives a ve~ good description or a night ttma sighting. All lights are described exactly the way an aircraft would appear when moving towards the observers lef't and 11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS ~fuen f'irst sighted it had a red light on the left or itthat was flashing on and ott. The object then seemed to be turning and the red light was no longer visablr but the witness then saw a flashing green light,. As the object conjinued to turn two very bright white lights became visable. The object then appeared stationary. Then the lwo white lights disappeared - the object began to move away rapidly. The tolowing day when the witness was driving over a steel beamed bridge his ea~ radio went orr. Witness thought that the object that he sighted the night before had s ething to do with it since it had never quit working before or after that time.
