It appeared as white glowing masses and a white mist. From the information available it appears birds were responsible for the sighting. The moom was s~tting at approx~rnately 2140 local mean time and was approaching the first quarter (21 Apr). Observer stated there was bright moon ~ight. It appears that light from moon enabled obser- vance of objects.
