Aft~r seeing this strange object a red in the paper all the other stories so I did a paper and I'm still tr.ying to gather information on this subject. Through all ~ ~tudies I read that you where the center or all the information gathered. Also through ~ research I read a artical that you !ometimes send a copy or Bluebook.
