If form is received sighting will be reevaluated. 11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object, football shaped Thickest in middle with taper away from center and around ends. Size of softball when f irst observed, increasing to size of beachball as range to object decreased. Orange-reddish changing to blue-white, fluorscect type color. Pulsating s ound increasing in frequency and volume as range to object decreased. Sound was picked-up and tro.nsmitted through car radio and speaker system. Object was approx. 45 elevation. Observers attention was attracted to the object by its color and movement a cross the path of the auto. Object continued t owards the observers car but for only a very few seconds. As the object approached , the pulcati ng oound was heard with increasing feequency and voltwe, coming from~the c~ radio.
