BRIEF SUMMARY AHO ANALYSIS {Nultiple) Observer has reported numerous observations of alleged UFOs over the area. The descriptions have varied as have the time(duration) of the sighting. Aircraft are believed responsible for t he majority of the sightings. J.W, Observer has reported four UFO sightings since 29 March 66. Contact was made by investigating offieer with a local newspaperman and it was learned~at said observer is reported t o be unreliable. Quintanilla 18 August 1966 As you requested during our telephone conversation on 12 August, I am inclosing the report submitted to the Information Office by Chief of Radiation Control, Suffolk County Department of Health. It lists 11 UFO sightings which were reported to him but, in 9 of the cases, not to this base. 2. Mr. said he became involved because he checked areas of the sightings for radiation. He found no trace of radiation following any sighting. 3. Detailed reports of the 27 July and 4 August sightings have been submitted in our messages 520DC 00196 and 00197, August 66.
