Object was originally sigh ted 10 deg above horizor, I ending up 80 deg above horizcn, on a \JN\'1 to ESE line, BrigJ'ltr: ess ruming off and on, but not reguJazjy. Ijke a plane m :fire c:nd the fire being mocmtarily extinguished.
