Object sighted and observed through binoculars by Staf f Sergeant and two neighbors, at 1930 local time . Object, oblong, about the size of a saucer, moved 'tvith an up and down motion, ,.,hite in co l or with a flashing light. Local 'tV'eather ballons are launched at lO.AH and lOPN, so this object is eliminated as a tveather ballon. Object was also observed on 3 1 August and 3 September. See plot number 4 . e . Object was observed to the North of Cheyenne by group of e i ght young civilians, 'tvhose hobby is stargazing 'vith a 50/100 telescope . Object appeared lmv on horizon, moving s lotvly Westward, disappea ring somewhat higher above horizon. There were t hree objects, size o f a dime, close together with r ed, white, and blue lights. The follmving described un- identified flying objects are an addition to our report of 6 August 1965. escription of Objects: The reported object s are plotted on the attached maps with desc riptions as refer e nced in subparagraphs below: eported by civilian guard at Sioux Army Depot to Golf Launch Control facility, Hher e Air Force personne 1 observed \vith binoculars. The ~irst sighting began at 2145 local t i me, and the second sighting 2220 local ci~e. The latter sighting consisted oE two object s moving apprcx ately one mile a?art.
