While listening to the_conclueion of the news caat, it waa most intereatinl to compare the deacription with an object that both my mother and mY-self ~Rotted in the akiea on the ..._night of Tuesday, June 2gth. 1 repor-t'l t.lie aightins to the local neapaper a.o.d .. tlie'y attempted to find someone else in the area who might have aeen the aame object, but aa tar aa 1 waa able to learn, no one elae aiabted it It waa a little after 11:3.~q the eveiiDI and it was slightly cloudy at that time. We were on our back porch playin shuffleboard and my mother -then noted a v~!.J:_. rillh~ .. !l!J! ... i.~ .. -1ih~- i~ and aaked me wba t i might be. I didn't bother to look closely, thinking it was an airplane about to bank into a landing at the airport in Pittsburgh. ~wever, the bright ligh also attacted my attention and more eo because it failed ~o-~o~,. It stayed in a stationary poaition and then moved towards the Southwest. Juat aa sudden it again stopped and this time came back t~ the Eaet. We turned off the radio in an atte,pt to pick up any motor noise, but were unable to hear any sound emitting fro~ the ob; ct. It passed silently to the South ot where we stood and waa behind a groYe of trees on a hill behind our house and this prompted me to climb the garage roof and attempt to keep the object in aight. ibis was easily done and it continued to the .ASaat and then al o~l;r_ ye,red to .. _the ~ior..thea By thia time it waa paaaing out of eight aod- I went to the atreet and started the road to track it further when a friend came by and aaked what 1 waa doing. I told him and then continued out the street some 100 yarda and the object waa then '!IOY!.Qa-Jack t .O.. th ... S.ou:t,h. I ca"'e back and reported this to my friend aod --a-neighbor, but the object had disappeared behind some tall trees to the ~at of the house. It gave off no sound, it had a very reddish color whi at firsj;_,.appear.~yell.o!!~h_in the distance. it must have been a huge object. the light waa very bright and it must have been quite low tor there was no cloi interference in seeing the object. ~lanes that crossed over went much faster than the object we were following and they all had the little blinking ligh~a and their motors were recognizable far oft in the distance. More than likely you get many such letters, but I can assure you what ever we. saw that particular evening was a tangible object and it w~ s always in eight ~in as ~uch as some people have claimed it to be so~e k : of reflection or even baflo.onJ and moved along steadily wi tbout sound. \ihere -: ob]ect-ca~e from betore.we sighted the brilliant light, l cannot say and where went to after passing behind the tall trees, ! also haven't the faintest idea. However, I think it ia wi~e to advise you of this sightin~ and perhaps it will provide~clue to the nature of these objects since there seems to be resemblenc between the three sighted, counting in the two official ones with ours. to call on us for any !hank you for reading additional information. this letter and please feel J. remain,
