Bishop (DCC-S), langley AFB, Virginia, . stated that he observed a n object, larger than the moon , for approxinately ten minutes before calling his neighbor to see it. He turned to tell his neighbor what he he.d seen . \/hen he turned back tol-Ja.rd the object, it had disappeared. The neighbor sa"' nothing unusual at all. Investigation revealed no other such sightings. It would be unusual for an object described as being very large and over a heavily populated area to go undetected.
