Reference the attached letter fr10~ an unidentified flying object observed Cudahy, Wisconsin. 2. The Lunar eclipse of 18 Dec 64 ~s observed by many astronomers, both professional and ameteur, continuous photographs were made. tlo objects were reported from these obsarvations. 3. From the information which presented to us it seems that the duration, speed stance traveled would indicate a meteor observation, however, the description including color change is not conaistant 'With thi s analysis. ~e statement that the objects seemed lik~ it was going to ram him is not in accord 'With the flight path from northeast ending in the south, unless t here was a change in course of the reported object. 4. Analysts are unable to determine the cause of his observation. However, we can assure Leslie that no unusual object or phenomena was obsezved in conjunction with the lunar eclipse.
