Filtration Center -Pentag Arlington, Virginia Saturday-May 9, 1954 Dear Sirs: Inclosed is part of a series of reports which hsve been given to me by several students here at school. These reports coneexn the sighting of various un:i.dentif'ied 'flti~oobjeets over or in the approximate area o~ the school grounds. I hope that you can f'ind some reasonable explanation ':tor this other than the one which seems apparent, but ~ I am inclined to think t with several other students - . that. no other explanation can be f'ound .. I assure you that none of this has been done as a joke, because we . feel that this is not a joking matter. The only incident which we have diselosed to anyone exceP.t those i .nvolved is Incident #I. The reaction ~ this st of the = school is to be ~xpected. They think we have spring fever and that it is all a big joke. I can not say _ I blame them due to what "l'lf:f reactions would be if I were them. We have talked this over among ourselves and I have been persuaded to give you the whole repo~, complete, as is . The reason for hesitation is due to the fact that this stor,y might appear to be partially doctored up. I assure that this is not the case. We have not made this report exeept for the reason to give you a true report of the happenings here over these days. I can also assure you thai; the students who gave me these reports are not making them up. All these studentsare very honest. This was not made up for PUBLICITY because we have no intention of having this published. Before you is a true report of the 1. happenings. If you wieh I will send to you any other reports if there Bn7 more. I am .incl~ned to think that there will be, due to these constant eightings. Many reports have been given to me in con:tidenee and :l:ddo . not wish to disclose ~ names. unless you feel, for some reason that it is necessar.r. Please do not s~ anything to any of the students . ~ ~re at school except those involved. We f'eel that . this would not accomplish anythicg but might produee . ..~ Urm.ecesa8J7 'feeling among the student body and those involved. Just for the record, one. master knows about it but will keep it in confidence. Please reply to me if' you have !-:We will some e~planation or something else to offer. to keep this quiet for several obvious Yours tx'Uly, I a student at Asheville School For Boys, in e, , being of sound mind and body hereby testify that on the morning of Friday-May ~' 1964 at approximately 5:10 A.M. sighted out o~ my window heee at this school a U.F.O. with the following description.
