I AM A CITY PATROL\tAN HERE IN CRAIG COLORADO IN THE COUNTY OF MOFFAT, I WAS COMEING HCNE FROM DtrrY AT 3.34 Mit ON THE MORNING OF JULY 29 1963 AND SEEN AN OBJECT BURN UP UPON ENTERil\G THE. ATMOSPHERE, WHILE TRAVELING IN A NORTHERLY DIRECT ION. THE FLAMES WERE BLUEISH GREEN AND VERY BRIGHT. MADE NOTE OF THE TIME, IN THE EVENT THAT A FIRE MIGHT FOLLOW IN ONE OF THE SURROUNDING NATIONAL FORRESTS OR IN THE EVENT OF A MISSING PLANES SO ON. AT 3 .48AM I WAS PVl T If'li MY DCXJ OUT AND AS I STOOD LOOK!~ INTO THE PRE-DAWN SKY I OBSERVED AN OBJECT OR RATHER THE FLASHING LIGHT FROM AN OBJECT ALMOST DIRECTLY OVER HEAD AND TRAVELING IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION. THE LIGHT WAS A LUE OR BLSE GREEN COLOR AND VERY DEFINATELY FLASHI~. I WOULD GUESS ABOtrr EVERY 5 SECONDS, I WATCHED THE LIGf-IT FOR A COUPLE OF MINtrrES AND THEN WENT INSIDE TO GET MY BINOCULARS, WHEN I RETURNED I COULD NOT RELOCATE THE. OBJECT. I BELIEVE THE OBJECT TO BE A SATELLITE IN ORBIT,AS IT LOOKS MUCH THE SAME AS THE OTHERS DID EXCEPT INSTEAD OF BEING A STEADY WHITE LIGHT FLOATING ALONG , THIS IS A PUlSATING OR FLASHING LIGHTTHAT BREAKS THE DARKNESS EVERY 5 SECONDS OR SO AND IS APPEARANTLY BLUE IN COLR OR I INTEND THIS REPORT TO BE HELPFUL AND DONOT WANT IT TO BE TAKEN AS A FLYING SAUCER OR HOAX REPORT. I SHALL CONTINUE TO WATCH FOR THIS LIGHT AND MAKE NarE OF THE TIME AND DIRECTION OF TRAVEL, UNTILL I HEAR FROM YOU SINCERELY. CRAIG COLORADO PHONE 824-3125 HOME CRAIG, COLORADO WASHINGTON D.C.
