Cox, Service Coordinator, Servica Department;, FJ 1nt, Electric Membership Corporation, Warner Robins, Georgia, advised that re- ferenced street. lights are automaticaJJ7 and individuaJl.y operated, turning on at dusk and cutting oft at dawn by a switch contained in the head of' each light. Hr. Cox advised that said lights usua.l.4r flash and/or nicker when the switch operates i.
