It shines about like Echo, it also appears in the west about the same place, one woUld see 8cho in the low North I believe you Ckll it~ but then instead of g~ing acroas the sky 1~to the east, it travels south,at the same time every other night aproxlmently 9:05 sighting and out of sight ~t 9:15 the time differential convinces me,it is not Echo. the change of trav9l also does not line up.
