Mr. stated that th.e people of Cleveland were jamming the telep lines to report tl1e sigb. tings or UFO' s. r iost or these reports occured between 1600 to 1640 and several liFO's were involved. of the Sa1IO Research Laboratory Tracking Station. most logical answer to these sightings.
