Look out over the bay and just southeast of you s oma 6000 feet. S omething real bri~ht and shiney, it looks like it hovers for a while then it: maneuvers rea l fast. It gets r eal, real bright then it gets dull~ It doesn't look like a11 aircraft. Roger, I will take a look and see what I can see. Looks like it hova 1s for a while then it maneuvers for about 5-6000 feet just within a second or two. One is southwest and the other one is south of Orange in the station here. It's not part of the ground cl~tter, and it doesn't appear to be any weather. That is, roger, we got it sighted. It is not weather. It is almost ho~e~ing, and it is ~he brightest thing wo have o v er-seen.
