As the job of mowing progressed, I ca!l'.e to a section naar a shade ~ree and l noticed t.;o '<hite streaks, or more : orrectly, gre:r streaks extending fro.o an East to est direction, appr oximatal:r e ight inc I>! s wide and extending for a len ;t h of perhaps ten feet each. The ci!llor o~ this streak was not a b!'ie;ht nor a dul.l grey, but of a nediu:n texture. I noticed no light reflection from it. t--1y iclt.ial impression was that some type of mold or fungus was pr%ent on the grass. f'ha entire length of each blade of grass was U07er-.d and t,h<l r;rc itself was also covered with this matter. I noticed no silken strands or aimilar matt e and t.he appeara.'lc" of this stufi' ,ras as if someone >Jith a air presaure spray type pair had spnayed the grass. l.ft.er looking at it for a few moments, 1 deciaed th.at it -:..las a or mold and mowed on across it. Attached Laboratory Report is final report on substance found at location of Sharon, Georgia on 12 October 1959. We bel.ieve this matte r to have been satisfactorily resolved; that subject material is, in fact, natural phenomenon from cloud seeding efforts. 2.
