One significant detail we have to :point out from Mr. story and that is that the saucers did not rotate on their axis for he could see perfectly 2 points under each one, which would hove been im- possible if they were pivoting. The saucers had no lie;ht in themselves for they were seen only "\vhe n the lights of the city dlmly reflected on them. Another item worth pointing out is the strange formation in which they fle,r that does not have e.ny regularity, except the exact distance between one saucer and anbthe~. Our observer points out that all the saucers flew as if it were a solid mass, which suggests the existence of a magnetic force between the objectn. An to the irregularity in form~tion the best example known is th_e famous film taken in Utah, USA, and was considered extra secret for a long time. Fim\l1y, when it was given to the public, CIOVI had the opportunity of studying it. It is in colors and shows not les~ than 12 saucers in irregular formation, the same as Mr. Suddenly one of th-e saucers breaks away and goes ahead~ appearing a gain in the op~osite dir ection and disappearing. As to -the personality of Mr. it is worth noting that the Pr~sident of the Aeroclub accompanied him during the radio intervie1i pre- pared by CIOVI. During the audition it was requested of any possible observers to come fontaro with their information to complete the studies~ but nobody did~ so we have Mr. as the only observer of the 7 flying s3ucers that flew ove~ Montevideo on December 7, 1958. This should n ot be c onsidered strange as he ~.ras in a per:fect position to see them: observed in complete darkness in a hieh place in the city. Dey: 7 December 1958 Directio::t: N. E. Approx. Altitude: 2,000 meters Approx. Speed: 1,500 kilometers per hour In 6 seconds ~hey covered an are. The visibility I had was of 45 degrees. They flew ~n formation, 5 together and 2 to the right, a little ahead. Moonless night completely clear. Silent flight With no wake. I did not notice any increase in s~eed, any rotation or Color of wood, it seemed to have a front part. 2 dark spots and more to the center a strip that went across, as sho~m. Seen from below, exactly vertical: 7 Flying objects --type: flyin~ saucer Second time in 10 years that I have had the opportunity of seeing flying saucers. firmly believe in the necessity of poolin~ all information on flying saucers. They have been seen in mnny countries and nothing has been done about it, they still think that people who have seen them are crazy. ltle have something that the whole wor l d has t o investigate to give a small light on all this. I swear this is the truth! Hy eyes have not betrayed me. I am not the kind of person that gets carried sway by strange and unusual things; I am qualified to ma~e out anythi~g in the air that would cross rny eyes. flying license end I am an instructor in sailplane flying.
