AHAI!'SIS: The color lide ot Righway 69, vic~i ty ot Phoenix, Arizona is a copy probabl7 trom a picture in a magazine. It bears a registration S)inbol in the upper right band corner ot & t7Pe used b,y protess~onal photogra?~ers. The lide depicts the pheno~ena ot & desert unset and cont1n little more than colorful and picturesque cloud formations. . At the approximate midpoint ot the slide is an orange, funnel-like mass which is probably' & wind'patter.D trailing a plume ot san4/earth which has been litted rom the desert floor. A Snale, diqonal line tel.T below thi1 mas ia probably due to poor pboto processq. a. The 1econd. ll.ide, tken in Switzerland, is also a cop7, although in this case the or111nal source cannot be identitied. The photograph is a low oblique possibly aerial in torut and shows a view ot the t7Pical mountainous terrain ot Switzerland. The definition aDCI color rendition ot the alide are at beat only tair. Within the upper portion of the .., is an oblong-appearing translucent streak which is probably due to renection possiblT a portion ot the aircraft ' surface from which the pbotocrap~-was taken. b.
