A letter dated 5 November 1957, written by Reno, Nevada, has been received by this office. The etter pertains to the sighting of an unidentified flying object by on 16 September 1957, and was addressed t o the Federal Bureau of Investigation, who, in turn, referred it to the Office of Special Investigati.ons. 2.
