COMMENTS One dark round object, size of a basketball at arm's length. Object had an exhaust -ball shaped, taper- ing to pencil thin. Object was first seen at 30 dgr elevation, 132 azimut~ and disappeared at 30 dgr elevation, 35 dgr azimUh. Object flew in a straight flight path nnd disappeared in an orange-yellow puff of explo- sion, after having uaan observed visually for 1 to 3 seconds.
