Long, AO 794675, Base Operations, Clinton County AFB, Ohio reported by telephone an account of a UFO. Capt Long obtained his information from Sergeant Eaker of the Ohio Hi~:{h\.IS.y Patrol Headquarters, 1-.'ilmington, Ohio. Sergeant Baker in turn obtained the original report from a 46 year old man and hi s two sons, a ges 17 and 10. 2. The man and his sons were the ones who stated they actually saw the UFO. c~pt Long did not have their names and addresses but believed that Sgt Baker had them. The i n "ormation which Capt Long obtaned is very ~ketchy and is contained in the attached technical information sheet.
