BRIEl' SUMMARY Of StCHTINO One circular object, the size of a large grapefruit held at arm's length silver in color, appeared in the north at an azimuth of appooximately 350 dgrs and at an angle of elevation of 45 Ugrs. The object disappeared by "whirling into the haze." Seen thru binoculars of unknown pdbr. Visibilit~ was unlirn.ted with no surface wind at the time of the sighting. 11. COMMENTS Received by letter.
