BRIEl' SUMMARY Of StCHTINO One circular object, the size of a large grapefruit held at arm's length silver in color, appeared in the north at an azimuth of appooximately 350 dgrs and at an angle of elevation of 45 Ugrs. The object disappeared by "whirling into the haze." Seen thru binoculars of unknown pdbr. Visibilit~ was unlirn.ted with no surface wind at the time of the sighting. 11. COMMENTS Received by letter. Due to the description of the object and the fact that the color of the object compares with pi bale balloons released on clear days, it is the opinion of thi~ hQ that this sighting was possibly generated by a weathel
