Source described object as being a round, white light the size of a I pinhead held at arm' lenRth. 2 . Object moved err.a tic ally laterally and horizontally. 3. ,.. A check with Sandpoint NAS at Seattle, i-Jashington, the only agency in this area that launches balloone, revealed t hat n o such object from their station could have b eeft in the area of Belling ham at t he tine of the eight i ng .
