Checking with research agencies in thls area revealed that the~e were no ballona trom Minneapolis over Iowa at the time.. Also the lights carried on ballons are generally vhi te or possibly and vhi te tl.aahing. . 3. At 30/07~Z July SS a B-2S aircraft, #AF8170, passed within five (S) miles ot the object and vas asked b,y the AC&W site at Omaha it the,y could see the object. .The pilot reported he could not see it. 4. When the film vas developttd by the S14th Materiel Sqdn Photo Lab nothing showed. (See Part One, Incl 1) S. It is believed that Hoby Di~k ballons carry only a white light 6.
