The night was dark, clear, dry and cool with a sligh'- breez~ blowing' There was dull moonlight and many stars ""ere out. Tha single object was observed for four to five seconds and appeared brighter than ~"la background. The object seemed close but the dist~cs could r.ot be jud5ed by A. The object rush away at any time. that it faded out fast. in the form of a tail or did not appear to stand still nor sucki~nly sp~d up and Source did not know if the object exploded but st:1ted It did change brightness and gave off smok9 or fuma.3 trail but did not change shape nor flicker during B. The object appeared to be solid and did not move in front of nor behind any obje~t at any time. Source does not wear glas3es and no visual. aids were used for the sightingo I C.
