Inte1mittent bright li~.:,ht traveling at a speed estimated at over one thousand miles per hour emittin~ no sound, excE:pt when first sighted a thunder-type s ound -was heard. A bright light was observed about every t,tienty degrees of a r c from 'the obBerver nnd no lights between these points. The light, when on, seemed to ~row less intense two, three, or four 'times. Time the light was ooserved -. each time was two to five seconds. Owing to the dark sky no object wa s b. O'.:>served at 2215 DST, 20 iAay 1955 from thirty seconds to a minute and a half. c. Obse~:ved visually from the ground. d. Observed three niles northwest of lvern, Pa. Object approached from direction of Exton, Pa., at altitude o: approximately 7000 to ~0,000 ft. and passed overhead and then turned slightly towards a. northerly heading and disappeared in a notth-northeast heading. e.
