Enclosed you will find the one slide that )~u requested for your Sincerely yours, CASE SUl.v.IARY On 23 October 52, six yellow-orange objects were observed flying due So~th by 3 observers ( tvo civilians o.nd one airman). The observers were r!dina in an automobile, heo.dins West on US Route /12.0, and vere appro:cimately 10 miles West of Toledo, Ohio when they sighted the obJecto. They stopped the ear, got out and loolted more closelyot the objects, which appeared to be standing still. The objects then started to m~vc, flying due South (directly over the heads of the observers) from horizon to horizon. Time or observ3.tion was 1830 bourc ES'I' or 2330 Zebra time. Accordi ng to the reporting observer, vho took a series ot five color slides of the objects, there vas n o sound, the edges of t he obJects appeared "fuzzy," and when moving they seerr.ed to be trailing fire. When tirst observed and after they appeared to be rnov.tng, the objects were in one large "V" formation, but later changed into two "V" f ortr..ations of three objects each. TOTAL TIME OF THE OBSERVATION WAS ESTIHATED AT 15 MilruTES. (Note: The observer who took the pictures s departing on his honeymoon with his bride and a service buddy. The letter, dnted 2 ~cember 1951 was tram owner Gnadenhutten, Ohio and addressed to T/Sgt Hawold Jenkins, Flt 3-B, 462od AISS.
