Light source did not "twinkle" like a star - it did not see m a bright, large light far orr. First impression of this observer was that of a round electric liJht source traveling at a very high rate of speed. This i mpression \-las conceived because of the "atre3k of lightn uppearanc~ in the sky. This ~eem3 illogical, be cause the brightness of the "s trea.k'' did not dimi nish with the distance from th9 e.pparant light sourc~.
