All developing waa dona in my own r.ome in a shift darkroom (namely the bathroom). The exact date that the film was developed is unknown. take and develop pictures as a hobby. This was the socond roll or film developed since 1947, the year I took up the hobby of photography. The film was develo?ed in accordance with t he instruc tiotls for fine grain developing. The t\.me w~s twel~ve (12) minutes for developing with a thirty (30) second stop bath of 3 percent acetic acid and fixed for fifteen (15) minutes in Ansc o Acid Fixer. rfaahing WtiS done in the tank for a pproximately twenty (20) minutes. After discovering t h e s upposed images, I brought t he neg- atives to Biggs Air Force Base, Texas, where the negative '\va s pro- jected on a screen by 97th Bombardment Wing Intelligence persoa~el for their inspection. No one had seen anything like the supposed image before and the negatiV& was taken t o the Base Photo Labratory where it wa s enlar ged. Prints were processed and t hey were in turn taken to the Contending Dfficer lst Strategic Support Squadron wh o ferred them to t he Squadron Intelligence Officer for action.
