Lt. stated the ~i~e of t he object especially drew his attention nndthat he stopped hia car and stepped to the ground to bet- ter view the object and to determine what it \13S diameter and 90 feet twin tails attached, de~cribed the objec~ as approximately aoo feet in deep and cylindrical, with what appeared to be 4.
