Observers, Mr. Real Estate Salesn were ti ng on the lake (loc- 18 !Iiles troa Nashville on highwa7 lu.~, 1n the direction of Clarknille, Tenn.) when the following incident occurredt Between six and twelve ctark objects, at an altitude of 200 to 300 ft, new into the opening above the lake tbroqh a break in the billa at the southeast end and circled behind the hills on the aide, all the llhile losing altitude steadil.J. The object were black, round, in appearance, about tive teet long, looked like a 300 lb bomb, and made a noise like wind blowing through tbe tree1. No mtora were viaible. The7 were fairly close together and turned together, traveling at least SOO lliles per hr. The newspaper (attached clipping), relates that a spokesm1n at Sewart J.ir Force Base, Smyrna, Tenn., said that the objects could not have been jet propelled planes because or the ion ot the objects arid weather conditions at that time.
