Berger, HA 6718406, a mPmber of this organiz~tion was operating a standard Arwy General Slectric antiaircrafc searchlight on a volunt~cr basis for a local c roup who were using the light for p~blicicy purposeo. Ret~ccn the h ours or 2000 and 2)00 he picked up an object in the light beam in tha sky whic h presented an unusual appearance and was not readily identifiable. 2 .
